Craig and Sonya have 20yrs combined experience in the accommodation industry, developing and Property Sales. As previous owner operators they also have first hand experience in operating Management Rights and Caravan Parks.
Following a farming background in rural NSW, Craig acquired a commercial pilot’s licence in 1987, Craig & Sonya then established an Aerial photography business specialising in the filming of farms, wineries and tourism properties encompassing areas from far Nth QLD to NSW, VIC & SA. Here they gained an appreciation for the accommodation industry.
In 1998 they purchased a beachside Caravan Park on the Mid North Coast of NSW and personally developed the site into an award winning resort. They sold their management rights business in 2006 to one of the largest resort management companies in Australasia, after successfully expanding into the competitive side of property sales.
Craig and Sonya have spent time on both sides of the fence and hold enormous experience across this market sector from the promotion and marketing of ‘off the plan’ sales right through to the operational side of Management Rights and Caravan Parks.
Due to Craig & Sonya’s combined sales background and extensive experience in the
accommodation industry they relocated to the Sunshine coast to utilise their past experience in Management Rights and Caravan Park sales. Craig & Sonya can appreciate what the vendor or purchaser requires and expects from a company sales consultant when they are either selling or purchasing their business.

Chris owned and operated a substantial Printing Company in Sydney from 1978 up until 2002, when he saw the opportunity for a lifestyle change, and with Sally, bought a Caravan Park in Metropolitan Adelaide.
During the 3 years that they owned and operated the Caravan Park, they worked very hard to lift it’s profile and reputation. They were rewarded with a new 4 star rating from AAA Tourism and the business grew very quickly. Chris and Sally were very active in various Industry bodies during this time.
After selling the Caravan Park, and having a short break, Chris and Sally bought and managed a permanent Management Rights complex in Palm Meadows on the Queensland Gold Coast.
Chris and Sally became licensed while at this complex and established themselves as the premier sales agents in the complex.
Chris & Sally operated this business for 2 years and have now purchased a new complex in Townsville.
Chris is a Queensland Licensed Real Estate Agent, and with Sally, also a Licensed Real Estate Agent, services the North Queensland area with Tourism Brokers.

Keith has a broad agency and professional services background in New South Wales and Queensland that can add value to any accommodation transaction. From 1988 to 1999 Keith was actively involved in the wool industry, most of this time as a country based wool buyer at Griffith NSW where Keith owned and operated a successful trading operation. After years of visiting Queensland for holidays, in 1999 Keith and his wife Heather could no longer resist the lure of a Queensland lifestyle and decided to purchase their first accommodation business in the Brisbane CBD. In the period since then they have owned the Accommodation businesses to two historic wool store apartment conversion buildings, firstly in Brisbane and then in Newcastle.
