Warwick is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent and Business Agent, who spent ten years selling residential and rural real estate, as well as businesses, in Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Hunter regions. At one stage, he and his brother owned and operated three Real Estate offices.
For several years Warwick worked as a leading broker for the Newsagents Association of NSW and ACT, concentrating on the sale of newsagencies all over NSW. More recently Warwick has had a background selling retail businesses in and around Sydney.

Keith has a broad agency and professional services background in New South Wales and Queensland that can add value to any accommodation transaction. From 1988 to 1999 Keith was actively involved in the wool industry, most of this time as a country based wool buyer at Griffith NSW where Keith owned and operated a successful trading operation. After years of visiting Queensland for holidays, in 1999 Keith and his wife Heather could no longer resist the lure of a Queensland lifestyle and decided to purchase their first accommodation business in the Brisbane CBD. In the period since then they have owned the Accommodation businesses to two historic wool store apartment conversion buildings, firstly in Brisbane and then in Newcastle. These businesses were bought off the plan, and Keith and Heather successfully opened and operated these businesses from scratch.
