Craig,
We would just like to thank you for the effort you put in to finally sell the Motel for us. We realize it was a hard one to sell even though it has potential in the future. We were also amazed at the number of prospective buyers you brought through
We were also appreciative of the help you gave with the finance so the deal could go ahead.
Every time you had the opportunity you called in to make us feel more optimistic and keep us informed of developments when they occurred.
We would highly recommend you to any prospective sellers or buyers which we have already done.

Dear David,
We would like to sincerely thank you for your work in selling our motel.
We've only been in the motel industry for 9 months and to be frank we haven't enjoyed it. We made a mistake and we wanted to get out without too much delay.
We listed the motel with four motel brokers and while some introduced a few "lookers" who weren't really interested and wasted our time, you took the time to select only genuine people and your client has now purchased our business. This was the first and only client you introduced.
