"Working Together " makes the difference for Vendors and Purchasers alike |
Welcome to our web site, we look forward to "working together" with you in the near future. We always spoke of a central base and a team of 4 professionals in strategic locations with professional administrative support and an established network to draw upon. We have it! I must admit, our achievements in the short time we’ve been operating have been phenomenal and for that we are thankfull to the vendors and purchasers alike. Every week we continue to make sales and obtain new listings as we visit Moteliers and potential purchasers alike at properties throughout NSW. Every week, we continue to travel thousands of kilometers and work in the industry that we love dealing with, meeting new Moteliers every day and purchasers often. In addition to the continued face to face contact with Moteliers all over the State, we’ve had 3 exchanges this week, a Settlement scheduled next week, and a further 3 under contract progressing well. When you consider the fact that we have over 180 properties Listed and adding to that daily, we’ve had a great start. But as I’ve said to a number of people I’ve spoken to in my focus areas, if we weren’t sure of our system we wouldn’t have started it! There’s no doubt, the way we work together and share our contacts, has an enormous amount going for it – for both our Moteliers and our buyer enquiry. Today is typical. I was in Tenterfield when I took Peter and John’s call from Wagga Wagga, seeing if I was available to do an inspection on Pete’s behalf for one of his contacts on a Motel in the New England on Sunday. The exact same situation that occurred 6 weeks ago, and that Motel exchanged today. There’s a strong possibility history will repeat itself in 6 weeks time.
