Experience: Warwick has in excess of 25 years experience in the property industry spanning across New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. From the early 1980's Warwick was involved with a Sydney based property trust before being encouraged to further his career in regional NSW. After some time there an opportunity to work in Hobart for a development authority arose, where he was engaged in many aspects of the property and finance industry whilst enjoying the unique attractions of Tasmania.

In the early 1990's Warwick and his family then moved to Melbourne where he was an executive for a national property firm that exposed him to the Victorian and national property markets. After discovering the North East Region the attraction was such that he relocated to the area and established a valuation and property advisory business in Wangaratta in 2001. Warwick and his wife Clare have also established a B&B in the region and have a 'hands on' appreciation of the accommodation industry.

Warwick is now proud to be part of the Tourism Brokers team and is able to bring with him a solid background in property and a broad wealth of experience.

Professional affiliations include Licensed Real Estate Agent & Business Broker (NSW & Vic.), Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Warwick also holds qualifications in business, economics, and finance.
