Now that the dust has settled we would like to let you know how brilliant we found Andrew Cronin to be to deal with.

He has just sold us out of the Rose Garden Motel in Geelong and the sale was far from easy or straightforward but Andrew's attention to detail, understanding of both sides and his humour were second to none. While we will not need his services again we would highly suggest other people do.
